I started my first recovery week for this round of P90X tonight with a round of Yoga X. It has been quite a while since I’ve done a Yoga workout, and although my body was super stiff, it felt really good to stretch out some of my sore muscles.
A personal goal of mine for this Round is to not skip any more Yoga workouts, they’re really not that bad, just really long.
